Migrate cacti 0.8.8 to Docker container

1. dump old cacti database
    mysqldump -u cacti -p cacti > cacti.sql
2 copy cacti.sql to cacti docker container
   docker cp cacti.sql containerID
3. import old data
   mysql -u cacti -p < cacti.sql
4. commit new image
  docker commit containerID docker-cacti:v2

repair pioneer vsx 1014 speaker drop out

Pioneer VSX 1014 Receiver failed to produce sound.
